The Coolest Custom Made Orders of 2012

Lupasin itselleni aloittaessani tämän blogin, että pidän tämän aktiivisena, että koitetaan nyt jotain tänne turista, vaikka omia koruja ei ole ehtinyt tässä välissä työstämään ollenkaan. :/ Kaiken maailman tarvikkeita ja materiaalia olen kyllä tilaillut maailmalta! Niitä tässä odotellaan kovasti. :)

Kaulaliinaa olen saanut kudottua urakalla, se on nyt puolessa välissä. Tarkoitus olisi ehtiä sitä vielä hetken aikaa tämän talven pakkasillakin käyttää. :D  Säilykööt vielä salaisuutena, minlälainen huivi.

Ja tässä tulevana lauantaina järkätään jälleen teemapartyt, jee! ^__^ Niille, jotka eivät teemaa vielä tiedä, säilykööt se salaisuutena viralliseen party-päivitykseen asti. ;)  Pitäisi olla hauska juttu tiedossa, olen ainakin itse ihan fiiliksissä! ;D



When I started this blog I promised myself to keep it active. So I'm trying to just babble something even when I don't have anything new to show that I've made myself. <:)  I haven't gotten any jewelry done now at all. :/ I have ordered lots and lots of supplies and materials, though. Just waiting them to arrive now. :)

I've been knitting my scarf with great devotion. I'm in the halfway now. I am hoping to finish it soon enough to wear it for a while before this winter is over. Lets keep that as a secret what kind of scarf it's gonna be. ;)

And next Saturday we are throwing another theme party, yay! ^__^  For those who still doesn't know the theme it shall remain as a secret until my party post. ;p  But I think it's gonna be a lot of fun. At least I myself am - once again - very excited about this. ;D

Kerta minulla ei ole esittää tähän kohtaan mitään hienoa itseni tekemää, voisin esitellä muiden kätten työtä. :) Tässä olisi pari siistiä juttua, jotka tilasin 'custom made':na 2012 loppu vuodesta:

Since I don't have anything cool to show at this point made by me I could show some wonderful things that others have made. :) Here are couple really neat things I ordered custom made at the end of year 2012:

Neitokakadut vihreällä akaattilaatalla kaulakoru

ihanan Stephin kädenjälkeä. Deviantissa Steph kulkee nimellä Secretvixen. Nämä lintuset siis lensivät minulle aina Kanadasta asti. ^__^ Tämä on minulle erityisen tärkeä, koska linnut korussa esittävät omia lemmikki neitokakadujani, Murua ja Kikiä. <3

Jälleen kerran Steph teki mielettömän hyvää työtä kaikkien yksityiskohtien kanssa. Kuvaa katsomalla on vaikea edes hahmottaa, kuinka pikkuriikkisiä korun linnut tosi asiassa ovat! Ja silti niin huolella tehdyn yksityiskohtaisia ja maalaustyö on taas ihan mieletöntä, kuten Stephillä aina.

made by lovely Steph, known as Secretvixen in deviantArt. So these pretty birdies flew up to me all the way from Canada. ^__^  This piece is very special to me because Steph made the birds in the pendant look exactly like my pet cockatiels, Muru and Kiki. <3

Once again Steph made amazing work with all the little details. It is really hard to understand by looking the picture just how tiny these little characters are in reality! And yet so detailed, carefully sculpted and the paintwork is incredible as always. Gotta love her work!
